We will issue your refund as soon as your items are received back into our warehouse. Please allow up to 21 days after returning your item to receive your refund. We'll send you an email once your refund has been processed. You can track your return on its way back to us below.

Select the options below to request a cancellation or delivery address change. Amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. We will get in touch to confirm if your request has been successful.

Please note - we cannot make any amendments to the items, quantities or sizes in your order. If you believe you have ordered the incorrect items please request a cancellation and place a new order for the correct items.

When your order's ready to leave our warehouse we'll email to let you know. Then you can Track your order for regular updates.

Only just ordered? You can check your order status and contact details in My Account.

Don’t forget that our couriers work ‘til 9pm (10pm for Evening Delivery) so your order could arrive in the evening. If you're not in when the courier tries to deliver don't panic! They'll leave a calling card with further instructions.

We no longer include delivery notes in our parcels.

You can easily book your return online using your order number and email address or postcode. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email or in your Account.

No printer? No problem! Just book your return online and select one of our scan in-store return options. We’ll send a QR code to your mobile which will allow you to print the label at the drop-off point of your choice (UK only).

If something isn’t right, you have 45 days from delivery to make a return.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics or perfume, or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. All of our face coverings are non-returnable. Homeware items must be returned in their original packaging.

If we think that our returns policy is being abused, then we may deactivate your account. Don’t worry though, this is only for extreme cases, and if you think your account has been deactivated incorrectly then please get in touch below and our customer care team will discuss it with you.

Returns Checklist

If something isn’t right, you have 45 days from delivery to make a return. Create your return below and choose your most convenient return method, then just print your personalised return label or generate a QR code to scan in-store. Before returning your item, ensure that it meets all of the below criteria:

  1. The item is free from any marks, stains or smells.
  2. All tags and ribbons are still attached.
  3. The hygiene seal has not been removed from any underwear or swimwear.
  4. The item is in the same condition you received it in.
To make a return you will need your order number and delivery postcode/ email address. These can be found in your order confirmation email.
